These Terms of Service govern your use of ViTrade. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please read the payments and refunds section carefully.
1. What ViTrade is
ViTrade is a software, analytics and education product for traders. It provides signal tracking, verified analytics and optional copy-trading tools. ViTrade is not a broker, is not investment advice, and does not manage funds. You trade on your own accounts, at your own risk and sizing.
2. No financial advice, no profit guarantee
Nothing in the product is investment, legal or tax advice. Trading carries substantial risk of loss. Past or verified performance never guarantees future results. We make no promise of profit or income of any kind.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your credentials and any activity under it. Keep your password and any connected exchange or broker keys secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
4. Plans, credits and payments
Paid plans and Vi credit packs are billed through our payment providers (card via Stripe, or cryptocurrency). Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for card payments until cancelled; cryptocurrency subscriptions are paid per period and do not auto-renew. Purchased (top-up) credits are valid while you are on a paid plan. On the Free plan, top-up credits expire 30 days after your most recent purchase; activate a paid plan to keep them. Monthly plan credits do not roll over between billing cycles. Credit prices and validity periods may change; the current values are shown in the app.
5. No refunds (all sales are final)
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds, credits back, or pro-rated returns for any plan, add-on, Vi credit pack or renewal, whether paid by card or cryptocurrency, including for partial use, unused time, unused credits, downgrades, cancellations, or a change of mind. When you cancel or switch payment method you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; that period is never refunded. Cryptocurrency payments are non-reversible and cannot be refunded by us. This clause applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Cancellation and switching
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops renewing and access continues until the end of the current paid period. You may switch between card and cryptocurrency; the current paid period is always kept and is never refunded, and switching to a card schedules the first card charge only after the current period ends.
7. Chargebacks
Because all sales are final, initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in breach of these terms is itself a breach. On a dispute we may immediately revoke access and remove any credits granted by the disputed payment, without prejudice to our right to contest the dispute.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, resell access without permission, or use it for anything unlawful. Signal and market content is provided for analytics and education only.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and the product over time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
